Jacobs Senior Solutions LLC started in 2023 after the founder made it her life’s mission to help older adults. After being in the business for 10 years, she realized that finding the right solution for yourself or loved ones can be difficult, time-consuming, and, more importantly stressful. You deserve a dignified and effortless transition to your new adventure. We do all the legwork to provide you with solutions such as finding the right senior living community, downsizing, and movers.

These communities are for seniors who are in good health and are able to live independently without the need for medical or personal support. These communities can provide dining services, social programs, laundry service, and more for residents.  Some of these communities have live-in managers to give you that extra peace of mind.

Assisted Living

These facilities offer personal care services, where nurses and aides can help residents with activities of daily living. These tasks can include bathing, walking, cooking, eating, dressing, and more.

Skilled Nursing

These facilities have 24/7 medical staff available to attend to residents with chronic health conditions, injuries, or illnesses. Nursing homes are primarily federally regulated and may be covered by Medicare for short-term stays.

These facilities are specially designed to incorporate routines, structure, and programs for its residents in order to promote safety and slow the progression of memory loss. (Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Memory Care)
